I'm almost 87 years old and Dr. Theresa Albers is the absolute best dentist that I have ever been to. She is efficient, gentle and very concerned about her patient's comfort. She has been my dentist for perhaps 15 years and I have never had even a single twinge of pain. That even includes extractions and root canals. If Mom were still alive, I would recommend that she see Dr. Theresa!

I went to this dentist for several years and spent much money attempting to fix an ongoing issue with one tooth. Dr Albers said "this will work" and then when that failed, she had "better" ideas. The tooth was never right, several years ago I exited her practice, and used a string of new dentists, never really happy with any of them. Then I discovered Palatine Smiles, Dr Dave, on Palatine Road, across from Winston Campus. He fixed my tooth, it feels better than ever! Dr Albers took a lot of my time, and money, I wish I had found Dr Dave long ago! His prices are very fair, his is kind, friendly and competent. He also treated me without the historic x-rays held hostage at Dr Albers office. Office would not release them to me without paying for them...ummmm.... pretty sure my insurance company had paid for them. Extortion! The practice seems all warm and fuzzy, until, well, it's not! My nightmare was real - consider yourself warned!

Dr. Albers and her staff are all wonderful! Our family has been going there for over 20 years (I think). With Dr. Albers care and treatment plan we were able to save teeth that were on their way out. The care she shows for my kids is amazing and nothing is ever suggested beyond what is needed. We love going to see her!
