About
Dr. Steven A. Steer Dr. Steer has been setting the highest standards of excellence in orthodontics for over 25 years! He earned an undergraduate degree in liberal arts and sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a bachelor’s degree in dentistry, as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, from the University of Illinois Medical Center. He has also completed specialized post-graduate training in orthodontics at St. Louis University, and is a licensed specialist. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Steer is an active member in many leading organizations, including the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. Away from the office, Dr. Steer loves to travel and has an avid interest in history. He is also an amateur magician, and a co-founder of Ring 239 of the International Brotherhood of Magicians in Springfield, Illinois.
