Dr. Stephanie Copeland is a Saint Louis native. She grew up in Wildwood, Missouri attending Lafayette High School. Dr. Copeland continued on to University of Missouri Columbia for her undergraduate degree a Bachelor's of Science in Biology. She was then selected as an early admission applicant to University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 2010. Dr. Copeland has always been committed to service. She participated in a dental mission trip to Zambia, Africa providing much needed dental care to an extremely underserved population. Dr. Copeland is strongly committed to continuing dental education and the latest dental techniques. Dr. Copeland is a member of the Greater Saint Louis Dental Society, Missouri Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Spear Study Club member. Dr. Copeland and her husband Dr. Jon Copeland reside in Wildwood, MO with their 3 children, Evie, Addie, and Owen. She enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, and boating.

I have been going to Dr. Stephanie for many years and I can only praise her for her excellent skills, kindness, thoroughness in explaining everything from start to finish. I travel a far distance to be treated by Dr. Stephanie and also Dr. John. Their office staff, very helpful and kind. All excellence for Copeland Dental Group!

Rude and disseminates inaccurate information regarding insurance protocol.

Dr. Copeland bought my previous dentist's practice. She performed unnecessary x-rays for which my insurance company refused to reimburse. She did not disclose that she was not in network even thought the dentist who I had originally made the appointment with was in network and I was left paying for work that was unnecessary. She recommended replacing older fillings that were fine. I had to wait for 20 minutes after the cleaning for the dentist to complete my visit.

Dr. Copeland was so rude. I waited for 45 minutes in the lobby for my appointment and then my hygienist after she cleaned my teeth left the room and it was over 30 minutes before the dentist came in. I was very angry and asked dr. Copeland why I had to wait to so long and she ignored me so I asked again and she shrugged me off. Then she tried to tell me I needed to have a lot of things done on my teeth that I didn't need. She's liar. And this office is so dirty!!!!

Dr. Copeland and her staff were are very pleasant and I waited only a few minutes for my appointment. The appointment went well and was efficient. Dr. was patient, thorough and willing to answer all my questions. Overall one of the best visits I have had to a dentist.
