Terrible dentist and worst dental experience ever. The place is filthy and unsanitary. The dental assistants have no idea what they are doing. The dentist had to take over tightening my braces because the assistant clearly was confused. Every appointment I have had to wait at least 2 hours past my appointment time because the receptionists are incompetent and severely overbook appointments. The receptionists are always very rude and disrespectful. The worst part is today my retainers arrived at their office and the office manager Cindy told me they would not give them to me without an appointment with the dentist even though the dentist said I could just pick them up and their soonest appointment is weeks out. My teeth are already shifting and they are refusing to give me my retainers I paid for. I paid everything out of pocket. The office manager was so rude and hung up on me. Horrible dentist
