Dr. Scott Galkin received his Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, his dental degree from UMDNJ/New Jersey Dental School, where he graduated first in his class, and completed his orthodontic training at Columbia University's School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Dr. Galkin is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, is the former President of the Middlesex County Dental Society, and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon-the national dental honor society. While at UMDNJ, Dr. Galkin won the prestigious William S. Kramer Award of Excellence. Dr. Galkin is an Associate Attending at JFK Hospital in Edison, NJ and a member of its prestigious Credentials Committee. Outside of work, Dr. Galkin is married to his beautiful wife, Dana. They have been married since 2010 and are proud parents of twins; Jacob and Julianna. They have 2 dogs; a dachshund Oscar and a terrier-mix, Sally. Dr. Galkin enjoys spending time with family and friends. He loves to go to the beach and is an avid NFL and NASCAR fan.
