We’ve been coming to Dr. Pollina for the past 7 years and cannot say enough. From his friendly, accommodating staff, his respectful and kind demeanor with kids, and his obvious expertise, he is a true professional. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist that can comfort kids during cleanings, while still professionally apply expanders, and walk you through Invisalign, he is the guy.

Went in for a consultation for pediatric fillings, gave the office all my insurance information which they made copies of. Went back several weeks later for the work to be completed. After fillings were completed before leaving I was told what my portion was to pay and paid in full on the spot. Several months later I received an incoice for additional paymernt. When I contacted Delta Dental Insurance they said the dentist office did not submit for payment on time and now the dental office is trying to make me pay for their mistake in filing in a timely manor. We paid exactly what we where told before leaving the office. Not our fault for their office mistakes.

I happen to have to call Dr. Pollina on Saturday and after hours and he called me back. Everytime I showed up on time my kids were seen within acceptable time frame. I am happy with dr. Pollina and the care we get.

We're long time patients of his and after several years with the same dental insurance, we switched to Delta Dental. Since we are current and have been relatively happy with our care, we show up for our scheduled appointment and ask, are we "in network" with this new plan? They take the card, copy it, and reassure me twice during that visit, "yes, we are in network." I say out loud, "are you sure? Because if we are not, we are going to leave and reschedule" They reiterate, "yes, we are. Don't worry about it." When the proceed to get routine services that are listed as "100% covered" per our plan.Two weeks later, we get a bill. We suffer on hold with Delta and find out, "NO he is not part of our network." I call for clarification. The billing manager at his office tells us, "sorry, we are not in your Delta network, so you are going to have to pay this bill which is over $300." Furious, I remind her of our convo on the day of service. No luck. They want our money and we feel th
