Have been with Dr. Volker for about 18 years. I have never had a bad experience with the professional work of Dr. Volker, or his staff. They treat you with respect and make you feel that you are special. They show genuine concern for your concerns and questions. Highly recommend Dr. R. Volker and his outstanding staff.

We(My family of 4) just started going to Dr. Volker, whom we were referred by a friend. It was refreshing to be able to make a timely appointment for my daughter who had not been to a dentist in a year and a half, due to covid and staffing issues at our last dentist. Who were consistently only able to book 4-6 months out. Dr. Volker's front desk staff are super friendly and easy to talk too. They also were able to get me in quickly to repair a chipped tooth and cavity. We have been there for 4 appointments in the last couple weeks and I feel my time is valued as their own. As each appointment has been super quick and efficient. Dr. Volker is informative and I feel comfortable in his care as that is not something that comes easy for me. I am happily referring friends and family already.

DR. VOLKER IS A VERY CARING DENITIST HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY FRONT TOOTH BECAUSE IT WAS ABCESSED HE TOOK ME RIGHT AWAY WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY THOUGHTFUL HE DIDN'T TRY TOO PUSH ME INTO ANYTHING AND HE EVEN GAVE ME A PICTURE OF THE ABCEESED TOOTH FOR ME TOO TAKE WITH ME I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY THAT NEEDS A GOOD DENTIST IS TOO GO TO HIM HE IS VERY WONDERFUL.

I go to him and also bring my children to him because he is so pain free. My children are 10 and 11 and have no fear of him filling a cavity because he is so gentle. I highly recommend him. Christine from Niagara

Dr. Volker is knowledgeable, caring and able to explain completely any dental problem you encounter. He does excellent finishing work and is very interested in saving teeth rather than extractions. He also listens and consults with your needs and wants as a patient. He is gentle, kind and very concerned about making sure you're comfortable while he is caring for you. Most outstanding dentist we've been to in past 20 years!
