Dr. Phillip Bushinger has been in practice for over 25 years, gaining the loyalty of many families throughout New Jersey. Dr. Bushinger graduated from Rutgers College in 1976. He then completed his graduate training at Fairleigh Dickinson Dental School in 1981, with a strong foundation in prosthodontics and removable prosthodontics. Dr. Bushinger continued his advanced training at JFK Hospital with a General Practice Residency in Dentistry. Since entering private practice, Dr. Bushinger has gained a renowned reputation for providing exceptional dental care for his patients. He strives, without exception, to treat his patients as if they were family. The range of expertise he provides is unsurpassed, allowing patients to be treated with confidence. In addition to his prominent skills in cosmetic and general dental procedures, Dr. Bushinger is proficient in hard and soft tissue laser therapy, improving procedure outcomes and patient comfort. Dr. Bushinger participates in many continuing education programs and is a member of the Seattle Study Club, which strives for excellence in dentistry. He also provides education for laser use to other dental providers for the Lares Company. Phillip Bushinger resides in Scotch Plains and enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with his wonderful family when not providing dental care.
