About
Dr. Philip Shin was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, and attended Hahaione Elementary School. He moved to South Korea, and returned to the state of California, graduating from Davis Senior High. Then, he attended Cornell University with Bachelor's degree, completed Master's degree at University of Cincinnati, and finally graduated from Columbia University Dental School in New York City, receiving Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. After graduation, Dr. Shin moved to New Jersey, where he continues to practice as a general dentist. He completed his Implantology Continuum curriculum at Columbia University for 2016-2017, and is a member of International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He feels motivated and dedicated to serve, becoming a life-long health partner with family values. Using the cutting edge technology, he likes to contribute in achieving the highest level of oral health, and understands that our patients appreciate our service with their faith and actively participate in maintaining the well-being. Dr. Philip Shin enjoys spending time with his families, and loves to play clarinet and piano and go hiking. He also likes to travel abroad and experience various tour sites and foods.
