About
Dr. Norman D. Jacobskind DDS graduated from Hofstra University in 1976 where he earned a bachelor of arts in biology. Motivated by a desire to apply his passion for science in a clinical setting, he enrolled in the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where his academic achievements earned him entrance to the Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society. After graduation, he completed a yearlong residency at the Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY before opening his own private practice in East Rockaway, NY. In 1995, the practice was relocated to Oceanside, where he has since been practicing. Dr. Jacobskind has built a reputation founded upon respect and professionalism. He aims to fulfill his professional creed- "patients first"- by applying his clinical expertise towards educating his patients and sharing their visions for treatment. After more than thirty years in practice, he is proud to have earned the trust and friendship of so many patients.A lifelong resident of Long Island, Dr. Jacobskind currently resides in Oceanside, NY with his wife Esta. They are active members of the local community, and enjoy spending their free time in the company of their four children.
