About
Dr. Nilay Patel was born in Jersey City, NJ and lived is entire life in this great state. He grew up in South Brunswick and graduated High School from there. He moved back to his hometown 2 years ago. He was accepted into a 7 year accelerated Dental program out of High School on the highest scholarship (Colonel Fairleigh S. Dickinson Scholarship) at Farleigh Dickinson University. While in college he solidified his passion for healthcare by volunteering at the local Ambulance Corp. He completed is Dental Degree from UMDNJ where he served as Class Vice President and eventually Student Government President. He was a member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. During school he joined the NJ Army National Guard and continues to serve the soldiers of our country. After Dental School he furthered his education in a 1 year Oran and Maxillofacial Surgery residency in UMDNJ. He is Invisalign certified and takes numerous continuing education courses to stay on top of the latest dental technology.
