Care Philosophy

When a new patient prepares to come into the office for the first time, he or she will meet Dr. Gradeless in a bright and welcoming conference room, rather than the examination room. During this time, Dr. Gradeless will interview the patient in order to really get to know him or her and understand his or her needs before the dental work begins. He'll take time to describe the experience the patient can expect in his office and outline the procedures and services available to specifically meet each patient's needs. When it comes to being involved with his patients and their experiences, Dr. Gradeless is not your typical dentist. He goes above and beyond to ensure his patients' comfort and confidence in his care.

After a horrible experience at a different doctors office, a friend recommended that I visit them. He said they were very good and that I wouldn’t have any issue with them. I was sceptical but I’m so glad that I came. Everyone there was wonderful. I’ve been going to them for 6 months and received my second cleaning, and they are still just as wonderful as the day I met them.

Staff is always very nice and the dental team is excellent. Appointments are timely - no wait. My young children like their checkups and cleanings as well.

I highly recommend Dr Gradeless! He’s been my dentist for over 30 years! My kids and my parents also go to him. He is a wonderful dentist and is very personable! The entire office is amazing!! They make you feel like family.

Dr. Gradeless and his staff are wonderful ! It’s actually pleasant to go to the Dentist. My dentist of 30 yrs retired , and I was worried I would never find a dentist I adored as much. I was wrong . I would highly recommend Dr.Gradeless. Thank you !

Dr. Gradeless and his staff are top notch. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable, which for some can be uncomfortable going to the dentist! They make recommendations but aren’t pushy....just give you the information and allow you to make your own decision. I would recommend!

I have been Dr. Gradeless’s patient for over 30 years, and I have always received excellent dental care. Over the years, I have needed a variety of dental procedures. Dr. Gradeless and his staff were always extremely professional and efficient. Everyone in the office is welcoming, respectful, and compassionate. I never have to wait for my appointment. Most of the time, they take me right when I arrive - bypassing the waiting room completely.

??Dr. Gradeless and his entire staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. Awesome practice! Everyone is very knowledgeable and experienced. My wife and I have gone here for years. We have been so impressed with their services that we are constantly referring our friends to them.
