If I could leave less than 1 star I would. -The Drs are inconsistent with their care plans. The charge to my dental insurance after the Dr didn’t even look in my mouth. Ridiculous. Don’t go there!

I was in for a routine annual cleaning. As usual it was uneventful and went fine, except at the end, the tech told me there was a hard to reach area in my mouth she couldn't get to and that Dr. McRae could use his laser tool to clear, but that it would be painless. I made a new appointment for that purpose. I then saw Dr. McRae and he performed that procedure. I went home with significant pain. When I called the office, I was told that the pain was normal but to make another appointment. It took several more trips to see him for more of the same laser exploration before the pain was relieved. In none of these appointments was he forthcoming about what may have gone wrong or did he apologize for what had happened. I won't go there again.

My entire family goes to Dr McRae. He’s is very friendly and personable. His staff are extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this Dr office for all Dental needs.

I was pleased with my experience at McRae Family Dental. Dr McRae and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained every detail of my procedure and the different options available. The facility was welcoming and appeared to have the latest in dental technology. I am glad to have found a Dental Office with as high a level of trust and skill as McRae Family Dental.

GREAT experience! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and they took my insurance - I left my cleaning totally satisfied. A truly wonderful healthcare establishment.

The office visit, Dr, and 2 techs were great. They don't seem to get enough info from you when scheduling. I wish scheduling was more flexible with my not flexible schedule and terrible insurance situation (it's a lot to ask for, I know)!

I've been going to Dr. McRae for over a year now and I've yet to be unsastified. Staff is always friendly and they seem to know everyone by name. Great dentist and perfect for students because it's right near campus!
