Dr. Mulkin is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (2002). She completed a General Practice Residency at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Care is Syracuse before entering private practice. She practiced in a large dental implant focused dental practice for 5 years before taking over the practice of Dr. Ralph DeFelice in Geneva, NY. She has been providing excellent dental care at Lake Country Dental since 2009. She is a member of the Dawson Academy, a member of the Spear Study Club and has completed hundreds of hours of advanced educations related to disorders of the TMJ as well as Sleep Apnea.
