Long story short… I advocated for my child and wanted her to try a less invasive treatment prior to pulling his tooth and she discharged him from her practice. I do not recommend!

My grandchildren were well taken care of. This was their very first trip to the dentist and they weren't scared at all. Dr. Pitts talked to them the whole time. They are excited about going back for their cleanings. Her staff are all very cheerful and friendly and helpful.

This was just a consultation, but the whole staff was friendly. Dr Leslie explained everything about the treatment plans. Very pleased with the visit.

My two year old just had her second visit with Dr. Pitts. Dr. Pitts and every staff member is extremely kind and professional with the parents. They are also so patient and understanding with young children. They talk to the child and tell them what they’re doing and make them feel safe and comfortable. My toddler LOVES going to the dentist.

Dr. Pitts and her staff are extremely professional. She puts the needs of her patients above all else. The office is the cleanest children’s dentistry I have ever visited.

It seems that dr pitts doesn’t care about the patients at all!!! If you ever have an issue come up and it was THEIR FAULT, don’t expect Dr Pitts to help. I called to ensure they took our insurance, which was confirmed. We show up for the appt and then told “well we take caresource Medicaid but not caresource marketplace”. There wasn’t any type of differentiation over the phone, just that yes, we take caresource. They want $199 per kid for just an exam, no fluoride, no X-ray. It was their mistake by confirming they took my insurance (which would have only been a $30 copay per kid). Instead of dr pitts trying to work with us bc it was THEIR MISTAKE, I was told to either pay the self pay full price or nothing they can do. Dr pitts could have taken care of us. We already had the appointments with the hygenists, my oldest was missing school and took OUR time to be on time and be there for the appointment. She could have made the choice take care of the customer. I am truly blown away.

Dr. Pitts and her team are amazing!! They were very thorough during the cleaning and exam. My daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I could not ask for a better experience!!!
