The people are nice but do not have the skill set to actually do much more than brush your teeth. During my exams and x-rays, they all about the easy money. They will be nice and smile and gobble up every penny for cleaning and x-rays. If you have a issue all you are going to get is a song and dance and a referral for which I feel sure they are compensated for. With you go into the office it's much like cattle herding, with mini partitions that let everyone enjoy your visit. I was refereed by a friend who had been using Burdette for some time, now only to find out he will need his lower teeth will need to be pulled to the tune of $30k. I had a similar situation, where no mentions during cleanings,xray's and inspection, all of which missed the most important issues until it was too late to do anything. If you are going to go to the Dentist, remember it's not their smile, but the ability to service you. In my humble opinion, I would skip this one.
