Dr. Joseph Porcu has practiced Dentistry since 1984 following his graduation from Georgetown University Dental School. He has been at his current location in Syosset since 1988. While attending Georgetown he trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York for a summer Observership. In 1991 he received a certificate for periodontal procedures and surgery from the Post Graduate Dental Program for general dentists at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He uses the latest equipment, such as digital x-rays, dental scanner and Laser surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), Nassau County Dental Society (NCDS), the International Academy of Mini Dental Implants, as well as various dental study groups,
