About

Dr. Bishop has been providing dental care for over 30 years in Moline, the community he’s called home his entire life. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree at S.I.U. Carbondale, and then attended Loyola University of Chicago to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He’s proud to be a family dental practice and to serve the families of this community. He is an elected Rock Island – Milan District 41 School board member, and also participates in “Give Kids A Smile”, a dental program that provides access to care for low-income families.

I’ve been a patient since 1994 and since 1999 I moved to Chicago and I continue to have Dr. Jim provide my general dental care. So actions speak volumes on my dedication due to Dr. Jim’s professionalism and compassion! WHO drives 3hrs to get their teeth maintained? I do. Dr. Jim, you're an awesome caring dentist!! I’ve been a patient of Dr Jim’s for many years. I’ve always been able to count on kindness, great customer care and painless dentistry. Dentistry has made many changes over the years, alleviating the stigmas that have been associated. Dr Jim and staff have created a very warm and caring practice. I just got two crowns and the process was easy and pain free, not to mention they look great and I’m happy to smile!
