He then received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinios in 1999. Dr. Chad did some graduate work at Southern Illinios Edwardsville before graduating from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Dr. Chad is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Decatur District Dental Society. He has taken continuing education courses through The Pankey Institute. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and loves playing basketball and golf . Dr. Chad has been with the practice 4 years.
