Dr. Carla Morales earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia in 2018 & has been practicing general dentistry in Georgia ever since. She has a special interest in radiology, with some of her research findings published in the Dentomaxillofacial Radiology journal in recent years.Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Morales spent eight years in Jalisco, Mexico, enriching her cultural & linguistic skills.Outside the office, she enjoys architectural drafting, experimenting with new recipes & cooking for her loved ones. She also loves exploring Atlantas food scene, traveling & spending quality time with friends & family.

I had a horrible experience today with Dr. Carla Morales. She could certainly take a course in better communication which she lacks. She seemed to grow visibly impatient with my questions. I needed clarity before I proceeded with an extraction or root canal being recommended to me. I don't understand how a doctor cannot be empathetic yet I'm supposed to feel comfortable under her care. She then proceeds to spout medical terminology as if I was a colleague instead of a patient. I politely ended the appointment and left, never to return to this office again.

I was so impressed with Dr. Morales and staff. I'm excited to have a female dentist. This is a well organized practice. I was made to feel comfortable and in good hands.

Dr. Morales and her team were exceptionally kind and informative. They gave me a lot of tips and tools for how teeth care which hasn’t been as common for me at other providers. I appreciate their professionalism and service.

No call ahead of time about COVID procedures and didn’t know whether or not to come in. I call to check in and I was told to come up, go up and get told to go back to my car until they’re ready for me. The girl at the front desk is nice but doesn’t seem like she takes her job too seriously. Then I’m directed to a back office and told to get X-rays where I wait for the tech to be ready. We do the first set. I wait. When I say it took an hour for the assistant to complete all rads on me I am not kidding. Wait another 20 minutes. Then a doctor comes in does my exam, leaves. Then I wait another 20 minutes for a “financial” person to come tell me I’m not even getting my teeth cleaned because the doctor is at her “protocol” limit. Never once was it explained I would only be getting an exam and no cleaning. It was a waste of time and I will not be back.
