I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Dr. Sammons’ office. I went in for a chipped tooth and was told I needed to fix the tooth next to it because it 'was shaped differently.' The tooth in question was perfectly fine, but I was convinced to agree to having a filling added to it, even though it wasn't bothering me. To my surprise, when the procedure started, Dr. Sammons didn’t add a filling – he completely removed the filling I had and replaced it with a new one. This was not what I signed up for, and I never gave consent for that level of work.To make matters worse, I was charged almost three times more than the original cost I was quoted. After the procedure, I tried multiple times to reach out to Dr. Sammons and my husband also made attempts to discuss the situation, but he ignored us completely. As if that wasn't enough, last week I received an email from a debt collector about this issue. I feel completely mistreated and disrespected by both the doctor and the office. I

I don’t tend to dislike the dentist or leave bad reviews but my experience with Brad Sammons’ practice was extremely unpleasant and needs to be heard about.I was initially seen for a small chip on my tooth which they informed me “porcelain work” would be done and I was fine with that. I went to my next appointment for the procedure and it was terrible. “Dr” Sammons did not walk me through anything or tell me what the procedure would consist of, they just started putting foreign tools in my mouth with no explanation. I thought I would be getting a piece glued on to fix my chip but after about 20 minutes I pulled out my phone to see my two front teeth SHAVEN DOWN for crowns. I had no idea that would happen and if I knew that was going to be the procedure I wouldn’t have gotten it at all. After leaving they told me nothing about the crowns or how to take care of them. The only reason I learned that information is from me calling them about pain I was experiencing later in the day.

I've been a patient of Dr Sammons for many years. They have always been knowledgable, professional & friendly. I recently had an emergent dental issue. They were very prompt, helpful & took care of the issue flawlessly. Thank you!!!

Very knowledgeable in all aspects. I have recommended this office to many others and have always been very happy with my cleanings and those "few" times I have needed a cavity filled.

We had been going to Dr. Sammons for about 4 years, when thing started to go downhill. First, they popped my husband's crown off during a cleaning and charged our insurance for their mistake. Then, I had to have a crown and I paid it in full during that visit. Then a month later, I got a bill for nearly $250 more! They charge too much and their quality has gone down hill.
