About
Dr. Junior Bertho Vertil was born in Port-au-prince, Haiti at the age of 8 his parents moved to the U.S. in search of better education for their children. He attended college at Montclair State University where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and a Chemistry minor. He then attended dental school at UMDNJ(now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine), where he served as vice president of the Student National Dental Association, and an active member of the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontics Honor Society. Dr. Vertil graduated dental school with honors and continued his dental career by completing a General Practice Residency in Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY in 2008. Dr Vertil has then taken many continuing education courses in all aspects of dentistry with extra emphasis on cosmetic dentistry, and extensive training in implant dentistry. He currently holds membership in the American dental Association, New York State dental association, and Rockland County Ninth District Dental Association. Dr Vertil has over 10 years of clinical dental experience, has worked as an attending to dental residents, is proficient in creole and french and enjoys caring for all his patients.
