About
I grew up in Savannah, Georgia and attended Augusta College and then went to Dental School at the Medical College of Georgia ( aka GHSU, then GRU and now AU - who would have thought!). I had the pleasure of teaching General Dentistry at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans for several years before I specialized in Pediatric Dentistry at MCG. I was very interested in craniofacial growth and development and subsequently specialized in Orthodontics. After several years in private practice, I did pursue Diplomate status in both specialties which took many years of study and examination by both the American Board of Orthodontics and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
These are very unique and hard earned credentials and the goal was to help me provide better care for my patients. I have always been an animal lover. I have been blessed with several wonderful dog companions through the years and also raise Tennessee Walking Horses for show and pleasure. My family has enjoyed the farm and my niece brings her own special abilities (she is an excellent cook) to the "table".
I am lucky to have a wonderful church family in Wesley Methodist Church. Every day is an adventure and I thank my precious patients, friends and family for making life so interesting!

We strive to provide quality Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic care in a comfortable, warm and caring environment. Being Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry, as well as Board Certified in Orthodontics, I can care for a child's dental health from the beginning through their teen and college years, as well and provide adults, children and teens with excellent orthodontic care helping them achieve the smile they have always wanted!Education
