Terrible and offensive. She did work on my mother today at Arbeitman&Schein in New York, without my mother's consent. Dr Scherz had told her it would be one visit to replace a filling and THEN they'd decide if a crown was necessary. But at the appointment today, Dr Scherz just said they were prepping for the crown procedure, which would be in two weeks. My mom was confused but Dr Scherz went ahead. My mother had to sit there in great discomfort while Dr Scherz drilled on her tooth for two hours and kept saying to my mother "your mouth is so small". And afterward charged my mom over $2000! At the very least, she had better do a good job on her crown in two weeks and not cause my mother any pain or discomfort and not charge her any more!
