I went in for a normal cleaning and Sr Collina tried to charge me more than 5 times what I have paid him in the past for a cleaning without disclosing these additional charges before performing the services. I paid for the normal cleaning and also an ultrasonic cleaning and his hygienist told me to come back so she could finish but didn’t dislose she was charging me more.When I told both the dentist receptionist and the hygienist my issues about the bill I was told I should know they were charging me more and they didn’t have to disclose this.I asked to talk to Dr. Collins to discuss and he refuses to speak to me.My wife, kids, mother in law were patients for close to 20 years and this is how we are treated.My family will never go back to him obviously.
