Would Never Recommend to Anyone

This is the worst dentist I have ever met. They constantly overcharge for services, and charge for services you have not received. They lie about everything, they lack common decency, civility and professionalism. I would not recommend this dentist to my worse enemy. Buyer beware.

Zero stars!!! Would never recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone I cared about or even didn't like. Very unprofessional and a liar! Had to pay thousands to fix what she messed up.

The front office staff are not properly trained and there is always a discrepancy with the billing. They constantly overcharge for services.

Worst customer service ever; there is zero professionalism, and got major attitude from the the young lady upfront. She was utterly rude.

I've been a patient of Dr. Nelson-Wade since 2008 or 2009. She is fantastic and so is her staff. For a practice where she is the sole dentist, she does a good job at patient wrangling. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, attribute that to it being only her. One of the things I admire is that she trains the next generation of DAs, and DTs. Her prices are fair and her front-end person Dee, does a good job at explaining the work and the charges which is why I stick with her.
