Dr, and staff are unprofessional, and rude! In addition, he is NOT patient with children that have Special needs!!!

Was a faithful customer for over a decade but not anymore. His new staff is very rude, like him, tries belittling when you don't have insurance asking you if you know how much teeth cost even tho I've paid cash for years. Tried telling me they don't do micro abrasion and asked if I was sure if my son had it done there, even tho this was the only place he'd ever been too...and much more. Stay clear of this place with all costs of you want your children to still trust a dentist.

Horrible customer service. Tried to enforce a 10 minute late policy when we not even 10 minutes late. Their parking lot was empty and they claimed they couldn't fit us in on our appointment time. I am assuming because we are state aid this is the reason behind their cruel treatment. I took photos of their empty parking lot and the time I called and texted them to prove I was within their policy. They don't care about children. I will gladly find someone else who wants my business as I have alot of kids. I will pay out of pocket if necessary for someone who cares about my kids.

Run away from this guy. Nothing child friendly about this place. Chose a children’s dentist for a reason. No compassion for my four year olds anxiety. Said they would “hold her down to get it done.” Horrified by that we went to another provider who met her at her level with a calm positive demeanor and had a successful cleaning a short time later.

Both of my kids go to Dr. Brandtner. He is a good dentist and knows what he is doing. However, he can get very cocky if you question something in the treatment plan. Bedside manner depends on how his day is going.

Dr Brandtner is the best! He has been treating my 23 year old son with autism since he was 3. He is knowledgeable and professional, and has always known how to interact with me, and my son, in the best way. Although my son is always anxious about seeing dentists or doctors, Dr. Brandtner developed a trusting relationship with my son (and us as parents), and my son loves Dr Brandtner. I recommend Dr. Brandtner to others often.Dr. Brandtner has made a huge difference in my son's life!

He was rude, unprofessional and hurt my daughter, refused to let me go back while they were filling a tooth she was 2!

You cannot go back with your kids even if they’re just getting a cleaning it doesn’t matter if your kid is non verbal or has any sort of issue he tells you I’m a professional and that’s supposed to put your mind at ease.Dentist has zero people skills and talks down to parents in a very rude manor. I was told if I didn’t like it I could go to Iowa City. All staff was rude except for the lady behind the desk.Well we found a Way better Dentist in Davenport and will be going back while our children

I have no negative or bad comments to say about the dentist himself I thought he was very professional but however that professionalism nice, understanding and caring dentist personality does not extend to her staff. His staff is the rudest individuals I have ever encountered and if you have a medical card or Medicaid don't plan on them treating you any differently then what I noted above. I won't be returning

Horrible, unprofessional wouldn't recommend anyone to see him ever. My daughter was screaming for help, he left bruises on her face and neck. She liked the dentist before, now after one trip to Dr Brandtner, she is terrified. He pulled one baby tooth. Finger shaped bruises on her cheek. Nurse had dead eyes.
