Took my boyfriend here for a routine cleaning, and after waiting 30 minutes to even be seen, they broke the the seal on his permanent retainer. How hard do you have to scrape to break off the cement of a retainer? Now we have to go to the orthodontist and pay to fix it. Not worth it.
