The lady Charlene that cleans my teeth all the time does a very good job and she is a very friendly person . Love going to Wrens Dental. Office where the sitting area is very clean. Front desk clerk that sign you in is very nice and the whole staff there are always nice and Dr Real does a good job ♥️♥️

I really enjoy the atmosphere at this dental clinic. I have been going there for years. My children went there when they were kids, now everyone is grown. I feel as if I get the best care ever from there. Everyone is so courteous and polite. I never feel I am pushed into doing anything. I am given my diagnosis and options and I choose what I want to be done.

I feel like Dr. Real and everyone else are like extended family members or friends rather than dental clinic employees. I have recommended him to several people. If anyone else I know is looking for a great dentist I will recommend him each and every time. I give Dr. Real and his staff 5 stars. *****

My misses said the staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to removed a damaged tooth that has been bothering her for almost a year. The facility is nice and newer. Parking lot is a little small.

It's in a convenient location in Wrens down from Ingles grocery store, tucked just off the main highway. Look for their sign, I believe the dentist may be a duck hunter from the sign but he was a friendly fella.

My son had a great experience with Dr. Real and all his staff. They were all amazing, polite, and patient. He was thorough and gentle which is exactly what you want to have in a dentist. My son is 16 and hasn't had to go to a dentist since he was still losing baby teeth so he was nervous of course. Now he acts like it's a walk in the park. That was great news to a mom especially because he got some news that otherwise may have worried us both.

He needs all wisdom teeth surgically removed soon and because of this experience with Dr. Real. I can't thank all of these wonderful caring people enough. I recommend Dr. Real and staff to anyone who wants a wonderful family dentist.
