Very friendly, courteous, professional staff. Was able to see dentist within two hours of broken cap emergency. Not enough time immediately to fix it. But a plan established, and second appt made. Will make this my permanent dentist. Been coming here for 1.5 years. Have established a routine to keep my teeth in good health. As always, the staff is professional, courteous and friendly.

I’ve been a loyal patient at this dentist office for some time, always ensuring my bills and co-pays are paid in full. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed due to the behavior of one of the staff members. When I asked about my co-pay, which was unusually high due to the new year, the staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of explaining the changes in a professional or empathetic manner, she lectured me and rudely insisted that it’s my responsibility to always know my co-pays going forward.

Her tone and approach were uncalled for, especially since I’ve never had an outstanding balance or missed any payments. I expect better customer service and understanding, especially in a medical setting where trust and professionalism are key. This experience has made me reconsider my relationship with this office, and I sincerely hope they address how their staff communicates with patients.

I love this office. I once had a really bad experience, and almost quit going to the dentist for a few years. Found this "hidden gem" and have been happy ever since with my dental health. Staff is always really polite, courteous and funny.

Doctor Ladan, really great doctor I feel like she always remembers who I am every visit. She always pops in and says, hello, and you don't feel like a stranger. Highly recommend!
