My hygienist is amazing I love her. She's been keeping me coming back here for years. I really hope they pay her what she's worth. but wilson jr doesn't listen to his patients i told him i felt like raw nerves have been exposed after my last filling and have been in pain every time i drink anything for months. . . .

and he said i just grind my teeth too much. funny how that wasnt a big huge problem before that filling? i told him it feels like stuff is getting behind it and he looked at it and said it was fine and i said it hurts when i floss too and he said thats not how it works. guess I'm imagining pain ? well, it wasn't just grinding pain, I now have an infection behind the filling. I no longer trust him and will be changing dentists, i just hope the other fillings i received here are good. update: it wasnt an infection, the tooth was cracked. my new dentist removed the tooth for me, i was in pain for over this MONTHS.

Went there without my mom after we called and asked if it was okay, they said yes. They treated me like a stupid little girl (I’m almost 17) and told me I needed a root canal and really freaked me out. On top of that when I asked to do Invisalign, they said to each other in front of me “let’s not do that today her mom isn’t here so there’s really no reason to. She can wait” even though I had permission from my parents which I specifically told them and said I’d like to do it that day. They decided for me and told me no because they just didn’t feel like it.

Back to the root canal, I went to another dentist that same week to double check after I left their office balling my eyes out from how rude they were to me. Turns out I didn’t need a root canal, just a filling, on top of that, they missed THREE other cavities I had that I also needed filled. Worst dentist ever.
