Great doctor and staff! Dr. Onik did a wonderful job with my filling. Like most people, I don’t like dealing with cavities, and was not looking forward to the appointment. But Dr. Onik made the experience painless and smooth.

He even asked me how I was doing throughout and explained what he was doing along the way which really put me at ease. His assistant also explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Ladies at the front desk are friendly and helped me get an insurance issue resolved. We used Willow Ridge to install our 36” neo-angle frameless shower doors in a recent bathroom renovation. After contacting 4 different companies for quotes (1 of which didn’t even show up) we chose Willow Ridge for their customer service alone. We knew we wanted a frameless shower door, and this was our first ‘new-house, just-married’ project. . . . so tons of questions. . . After a few trips to their showroom and multiple calls to Kevin Kearney, he answered all of our questions, and explained the ‘why’ behind his answers. His knowledge and experience won us over. Other companies didn’t want to do our project frameless-ly and said it couldn’t be done.

(Of course, Pinterest shows otherwise. . . ). Kevin explained that it would be a more costly option as we had to beef up our glass on one side and use a difference hinge but had no issues with doing it the way we wanted. And we weren’t concerned about it costing a little more. Kevin came out to measure and explained exactly how it would work, what hinges and clamps would be where, what size glass would be on which sides and again, answered all our questions. 3 quotes later, we decided on Willow Ridge. To be honest, they weren’t the cheapest quote. But their customer service and experience made us want to use that company. We knew it would be done right; and how we wanted it. And in the end, that’s what matters.

Not getting it done cheaper with potential problems down the road. Upon install day, even better customer service. The installers (Roman and Austin) arrived promptly. They introduced themselves, said they needed to make few trips in/out for their tools. . . explained their process to me and asked if I had any questions before they got started. Amazing. You just don’t get that with service anymore. The install went great and our finished shower doors look amazing. We will definitely be using WR again with future projects and highly recommend their service and products to anyone shopping for glass.
