It’s been a few weeks since I got my braces off and I’ve slept on it enough, this place gave really poor service for all the money I gave them. I had already had braces once and was getting them again to address an overbite. Initially she told me that I could definitely improve on it with braces, just for halfway through the treatment (somewhere between 6-8 months) to vaguely tell me that since I’m not a kid or teen (I’m 25) my teeth are more or less set where they are and there won’t be any drastic improvements - much different tone than the first appointment - which makes sense seeing as though it was before I signed a contract agreeing to fork over thousands of dollars in money. By this point what else was there to say? I wasn’t actually going to receive the outcome they sold me on, the contracts are already signed - and it’s not like I can do my own dental work. I pretended to be ok because what are my alternatives? I’m paying them for their knowledge and skill so if there were other alternatives surely they would inform me of that? WRONG, if you come here you’ll need to inform yourself and advocate for yourself. When it comes to being technical and accurate in your mouth - they do solid work.

But that’s it, the bare minimum. They all want to do the bare minimum to hurry and get it over with. If there’s something they can inform you of to help u? Well thats a separate service all in itself, u only paid for braces and routine tightening and check ups - and that’s all you’ll get. I went to my regular dentist and he asked why they didn’t shave down my teeth a bit and use the braces to pull the bite back? They give u the bare bones of the service they sell u on. The people are nice and we laugh and smile and get on well enough, but im not necessarily paying someone thousands of dollars to be a cool acquaintance. Ever since my braces came off I’ve been trying to convince myself that my teeth look good, but the truth is the top row looks like it belongs to a completely different mouth with the way that it projects so far out from the bottom row.

I’m literally gagged at the mouth I have after giving them thousands of dollars. The office is cute, yay girls, girlboss girl gang yay yay yay! Please pickup my sarcasm here. Do your job and stop selling dreams, delivering on what u promise is much more important than the pleasantries and aesthetics. Added a photo just so people know that I’m NOT being dramatic. I had braces before so my teeth were already perfectly straight, I came with 80% of the work done for them and ONLY came to address the overbite. NOTHING ELSE, I paid THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS JUST TO HAVE THE OVERBITE FIXED and guess what? Its still as large and in charge as ever! If my review stops even ONE person from coming here then I’ve done my community well, there are other orthodontists who will value your three thousand dollar payment - and it’s not braces braces/Willow Orthodontics at Madison yards!

Dr Markos has given me a perfect smile FAST with Invisalign. He recently took over the Willow office and I am GRATEFUL. He is also doing my husbands teeth with Invisalign and his are going quick and look great. I cannot recommend this office enough. They are great at customer service, work with my ever changing schedule to accommodate me and my teeth look as perfect as can be.
