I had an excellent experience with Dr. Matt and the entire team at Williamsburg Orthodontics. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Matt took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions.
I really appreciated how patient and thorough he was throughout the entire process. The staff is also extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any scheduling or questions I had along the way. Each team member was so warm and went out of their way to get to know me and talk about our days. I had Invisalign and there is a huge difference in my smile! I cannot recommend Williamsburg Orthodontics enough! As a parent of five children, each of whom has had either Invisalign or braces through this practice, I can confidently say that the care and attention they provide is exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like part of the family. They always take the time to explain every step of the process, making sure we fully understand each stage of treatment. The office is welcoming, modern, and clean, and the team is incredibly professional and personable.
Each of my kids had a unique treatment plan, and they’ve all had fantastic results. It’s clear that the team at Williamsburg Orthodontics truly cares about their patients and their smiles. The results speak for themselves. I also want to highlight how Williamsburg Orthodontics goes above and beyond by giving back to the community.
They are truly committed to making a positive impact beyond just providing excellent orthodontic care. My daughters case was an extra ordinary one but Williamsburg orthodontics did not hesitate to tackle it for her and not only do it with such ease has made it the most wonderful and smooth experience we’ve ever encountered. They have a wonderful staff of ladies full of knowledge that make sure that your comfortable through out your entire treatment! My daughter’s favorite assistant is Hannah Brooks. She takes her time to make sure me as well as my daughter know exactly what is going on step by step each visit.
She looks forward to seeing her every time! They definitely make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in right up until you walk out. I would give more stars if there was that option!

Dr. Eppright and his team are absolutely wonderful. They understand the needs of their clients. Have a last-minute cancellation, no problem they don’t charge for missed appointments.
They are kind and understanding with financial obligations and will work with you. They are extremely thorough in explaining procedures and a timeline of what is expected. I’ve had 2 kids get braces and they make a tough time manageable.
