I went into Dr. O'Brien's office unannounced yesterday morning when they were opening - with no appointment, and I wasn't a patient of his. My jaw was swollen with infection. I didn't ask for any special favors and was willing to wait as long as possible to be worked in. The receptionist,Tonya, an angel of mercy, worked me in almost immediately - on a Monday morning which I'm sure is usually an especially chaotic work day. In less than 30 minutes, I was getting an x-ray then seeing Dr. O'Brien, who is wonderful! He puts a patient at ease and shares information in clear, understandable terms.

His nurse, Carrie, is the best, too She called several hours after I got home to check on me and pass on additional helpful information. A tooth extraction was the diagnosis and I had to be referred to another office for that. That became complicated as I made repeated calls from home to set it up. Again, Tonya came to the rescue when I called back to say I couldn't get anywhere making the appointment. Through her help, I now have an appointment this Friday to have my tooth pulled. It means everything to me to have people go above and beyond for me! From beginning to end, these three phenomenal professionals took over my problem and solved everything for me in an amazingly short period of time. I have no doubt that this is how they serve everyone who walks through that office door.

I wanted to honor them by sharing my incredible experience at Dr. O'Brien's office. Reviews mean everything to me when I have a new problem to deal with and have to figure out who to get to help me. If that's also the case for you, then I hope this review will be of help. From my experience, you'll be in THE BEST of care with Dr. O'Brien and his staff!

The staff was really rude. My appointment was at two I scheduled months in advance to be off for work. She calls me an and asks if I can come in earlier. I said that should be fine… I live 45 minutes away and was caught in terrible weather and arrived a little late. I called while on the way she said still come. When we arrived we were only 15 minutes late. She said that the dentist couldn’t see us and that they will not be there at 2.

If that is how they treat new patients then I don’t want to ever do business there. We can’t control the elements and I was doing them a favor by agreeing to come in earlier than two. They should re evaluate their staff and practice patience and courtesy. Time missed from work for nothing!! Wages lost… single mother struggling as it is. 👌It is okay carry on being rude to patients. Now with that response you lie. As a courtesy I accepted and told you I will try to make it earlier.

Before going I informed you of the distance and how long it would take your office said it is okay come on in. The whole reason you wanted me to come in earlier was so your office could close early. If you respond to a review at least be truthful. It’s okay I found a dental practice more courteous and accommodating to my needs.

Called to make an appointment for the dentist was told I couldn't be seen because I supposedly hung up on the receptionist. Craziest part is I never hung up on them she hung up on me after being rude to me for no reason. I said it didn't make sense that I couldn't get a tooth extracted without getting put under and she said that's what they require and as I was about to respond that I've never had to get out under for an extraction she hung up on me.

Wouldn't recommend this dentist seems kind of fishy that they require you to get put under for a simple extraction.

Y'all really suck and are really rude.

I went to y'all to get my teeth fixed and yet there's still a hole y'all jacked my teeth up for what? I went to another dentist and they are so much better than y'all but thanks to y'all jacking my teeth up I now have to get everything fixed all over! I don't recommend them at all!!! Y'all talk when y'all should be fixing someone's teeth not even paying attention at all!
