Refered by my dentist to Dr. Meyers to have my wisdom teeth removed. Called back to examination room where the secretary put on a DVD about wisdom teeth. Dr came in asked if I had any questions about the video then scheduled an appointment for the following week.
I called the office to confirm my appointment and they said it was canceled and I asked why I wasn't informed and they said because they were just too busy to make a simple phone call and told me to go elsewhere. Then they charged my insurance $130. Don't go here.

Received a phone call checking to see if my son was going to make it to his appointment. My son was scheduled for an appointment before his surgery to remove his wisdom teeth. He forgot to call and cancel , which is his fault. I explained to her that our insurance policy ran out and I would probably have to reschedule his appointment until we find another insurance company.
She stated well no one called and told me that and said have a good afternoon noon and hung up on me. I would never go there or have any of my family go there after the rudeness and hanging up on me.

The doctor and office were quote warm and welcoming. Dr. Myers answered all my questions and the extraction was quick and pain free. The lady (sorry, I don’t remember her name) in the front office and Dr. Myers were quite personable and I felt I was in good hands during the whole experience.
I only wish my experiences with other local dentists were as positive. And I was quite nervous because a close friend had just had a similar extraction with another supposed reputable oral surgeon and suffered horribly with pain and swelling. Thanks to Dr. Myers’ expertise, I suffered none of those effects. I am very grateful!

I had a most wonderful visit. Referral for extraction, which no one looks forward to. Chatted pleasantly while anesthesia worked, extraction was seamless, he asked numerous times if I felt OK before I left. His assistant/receptionist is his wife and she was absolutely delightful. I'd go back in a heartbeat if need arose.
