Thanks to Doctor Ellen and her incredible staff, I was able to leave the clinic pain free. I had a lot of pain from my tooth. I had to walk in with no appointment. I was incredibly happy when they took me in right away. They treated me on the same day and I just received my crown. Everything was perfect and hassle-free. Diana and the staff were all amazing! Diana followed up with me consistently and continued to answer any questions I had for her, the rest of the staff was very attentive, always came by to check on my and asked if I needed anything, and instead of one doctor they had several doctors working together and coming up with solutions to help me take care of my teeth, you can tell that everyone there genuinely cared.

Never had such a beautiful experience at any dentist like I had at this one! Thank you guys so much you’ve earned a customer for life!

This place is a joke. I went last week for what I thought was a cleaning, x-rays and a wisdom teeth referral. Turns out, they schedule each individual service as a separate appointment. I got my X-rays after waiting in the waiting room for 30 min past my appointment time, and just about another hour in the chair just to find out they dont do cleanings the same day because they need to "evaluate" my teeth first. They told me it was just going to be regular cleaning and to come back next week. I arrive to that appointment, and again I dont get called back until 30 min after my appointment time. I get my teeth polished by someone and that was fine. The next lady came in with that electric drill to remove plaque and she was horrific. She accidentally hit my gums (very hard) with that drill, leaving a cut on my gums for more than 6 hours after I left.

then when I flinched, she yelled at someone to grab the mirror and said "you hold this" in an aggressive tone. She said "this wouldn't have happened if you brushed your teeth better. " Im 23, I know how to brush my teeth and she's telling me I need a deep cleaning. Believe me, my teeth are NOT in need of a deep cleaning. I tell her no, just a regular cleaning like I scheduled for. Im on my way out the front desk lady said "The dentist would like to see you back in one week" for what?? She said "a check up" A check up??? They have been in my mouth twice in two weeks, what could you possibly need to check up on?? Then she said they are charging $18 for a "debridement. " I got a regular cleaning, so I asked, what is a debridement? They said, "it's the pre-cleaning before you get the deep cleaning. " To which I said "I am not getting a deep cleaning, I only got a cleaning. " They didn't care, they said "it will be $18.

" I looked up a debridement. a debridement is a deep cleaning. a cleaning before a deep cleaning does not exist. They are so clearly scamming insurances by having their patients come in for each individual service on different days. The doctors are snappy and impatient. DO NOT GO HERE.
