So I took my wife here earlier this morning. We left quite unsatisfied. I took my wife in, and she was in severe pain. After putting here in more pain with the imaging, the dentist barely did an examination. He said she was so jumpy during all the pictures they had taken putting the stuff in her mouth to get them which obviously put her in more pain. He then proceeded to tell her it's infected and needed to be pulled, but he wasn't going to pull it for her. He brought up bs about quality of life like it's his life decision to pull his own tooth. Dont give anybody a lecture about quality of life when she has barely been able to eat anything and is in tears over a tooth that i myself have had taken out for 15 years and has affected my quality if life not in the slightest.

We were there to get a solution for a tooth and something to help the infection not to be in a therapy session discussing quality of life. He then referred her next door to have it pulled. It was pretty convenient to get your office fee from us, then send us to your buddy so he could get paid too. So we left, and she still had an infected, very painful tooth. Forgot to mention that they also didn't bother to even send in an antibiotic for the infection. Nope, nothing absolute waste of time and money. Anyway, I took her to a real dentist in Indianapolis. They did their pictures, dentist discussed things with her.

Gave her options and let her decide based on everything they discussed. He then did his job, numbed her and took the tooth out, and even prescribed antibiotics for the infection. How about that? Was nice going to a dentist that actually did their job. First and last time going to this place. I hardly ever leave negative reviews, but this experience was just ridiculous on so many levels.

I’d rate 10 stars if I could. I can’t be more satisfied with this crew here from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile, nothing changed when I got back to the room was surrounded by smiling faces. Felt like family. The Dr.

he was so down to earth and respectful treated me like a friend rather than a patient. I’m hard to please when it comes to customer service but this crew goes above and beyond.

I made an appointment to have upper partial. I found the dental assistant as well as the dentist to be patronizing and condescending. I informed them I was a recent transplant recipient and advised them that I would need antibiotics before any treatments. The dental assistant with a Country accent repeatedly shouted, bless your heart. While the Dentist Proceeded to tell me that it was a common practice. & I didn’t need them, but that they would provide me with one dose of antibiotics & I would need to bring my own to the appointments instead of using theirs.

As a transplant coordinator of 21 years, I found this to be disturbing. Fast forward upon receiving the partial the teeth was discolored and my gums appear black while wearing them. Thank heavens, my insurance replaced them immediately. “ 1out of 10 do not recommend”.
