Its very sad that you have rude people answering the phone and talking to patients with a condescending attitude. Kennedy and whoever the office manager is have no people skills or customer service mind set. They obviously do not care if they lose patients or not. Too bad isn't it. I will also tell you my new dentist didn't find any decay in the tooth that Dr Friend said I needed a crown in.
I don't even need a crown. Makes me think you all are ripping off people and we're trying to do unnecessary crowns to get money from my insurance. I will not give good reviews and will tell everyone I know this story as to pass around your shady dealings.

I love this facility so much. I often show up early and they always make me feel welcome and get me checked in and seen. They have never asked me to come back at my scheduled appointment. I thank them so much.

My dental hygienist was amazing. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was up to date, had the newest technology, and was very clean. The atmosphere was inviting and warm. Definitely a pleasant experience. I already have 2 more appointments scheduled with them.

Thoroughly impressed with White River dental care and plan to come back for recurring exams / cleanings from here on out. It had been a very long time since I’ve been in for professional dental care and my hygienist, Chelsea, was THE BEST! So kind, thorough, helpful, and accommodating! Excellent at her job! I’m amazed at how comfortable I felt and knew I was in good hands all the while.
