I am very grateful that I met Dr. Rankie. I have a complex case and was interested in Invisalign vs’s your traditional braces. I knew I needed someone with great patience and serious clinical expertise. After meeting with him and going over my treatment plan I knew he was the one! It has been well over a year since starting Invisalign treatment and I am very pleased with how things are turning out.

He is such a perfectionist and I love that! I am so anxious to see the finished result! He and his staff have been nothing short of amazing. They are efficient, knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend White Moutain Ortho to anyone without hesitation.

I never thought I'd say it was a joy to go to a dental appointment, but that's the way I feel whenever I visit Dr. Rankie's office. This has been my best orthodontic experience ever, and I say that as a middle-aged person in braces for the second time! I first had braces in my teens, stopped wearing my retainer in my early twenties, and had to repeat orthodontia more than forty years later. I have full confidence in Dr. Rankie.

He has superb training and experience, he uses the latest high-tech braces, and the results have been excellent for me. His payment plan was created to match my financial needs so I could achieve the final result I envision, and I know I'll reach that goal! I also have to say that he is among the most personable, easy-going and understanding providers I've ever met. The patience he and his staff have amazes me at times, because I have numerous, ongoing questions about the refinement work he is doing for me after I completed work last year with another orthodontist. Everyone at his office is caring and attentive, and someone always gets back to me promptly about any inquiry. Dr.

Rankie and his staff truly “go the extra mile” in every possible way. I also appreciate that Dr. Rankie works with all ages of patients, and easily establishes rapport with everyone. He even has three convenient office locations: two in Maine and one in New Hampshire. With his dedication to helping others, I couldn't ask for more in an orthodontist! Did I say he's a fun and interesting, very nice guy too? It's worth saying again, and I highly recommend him for all your orthodontic needs!

Dr. Rankie and all of his assistants provided me with wonderful care! I went to the Naples office to have my permanent retainer fixed and left the office feeling like I had received the most fantastic service by all. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rankie and White Mountain Orthodontics to anyone. 😀
