Manipulative Practice that do what they want, would not recommend them as a first, second or third choice when seeking support. The trauma this firm caused me comes from recording therapy sessions when most vulnerable and, then exploit it to third parties and internal use with no regard for HIPPA laws at all. Overall, the facility is well run based on the various support groups they offer, but they are truly corrupt and very unethical, especially if you unintentionally offend anybody. They will stop answering your calls and make everything an inconvenience, when you only want to receive healing in the mind and body.

See for yourself, have awareness. . I warned you all.

Steer clear from this place. I have received terrible treatment in all aspects. Two of my therapists quit, and I felt siphoned into a third. The risk assessments are a hilarious symbol of this place, it's very bureaucratic and little room for proper clinician-client relationships. The medicine management is unnecessarily convoluted, at times having to come in for a walk in and talk to someone over a computer screen just to get a refill on what I need. (When I could probably do the same thing from home, but when I brought this up it was a "policy" decision which is AKA means "we make more money this way") I was going here for years now and just got stuck in the loop due to area and insurance reasons. This place is like the DMV of clinics.

It's a glaringly bad example of why this country's mental health is declining, like a book straight from Kafka. And to be honest I'm not sure if anyone cares anymore. . . if the people who go to school in this field can't do it, I don't think anyone can. 👏 Good job. And just for another more recent example more than half of my 45 minute session with my THIRD therapist we talked purely about policies.

She seemed more interested when I miss an appointment than what is going on in my life. Yet when my therapists miss appointments or just randomly quit I don't nag how I'm going to discharge them. Anyone who gives this place five stars either works there or is paid to post a good review. I can't even fathom three stars. I would rather give it the Boötes void if I could. And yes I'm posting this under my real name and don't care.

Hi my name is Kevin . I have been receiving treatment at Wheeler clinic for ten plus years. To be honest I have had a few bad experiences at Wheeler clinic but mostly all good . When I was at my lowest mentally I turned to Wheeler for help. I must admit that it was hard in the beginning. I was very reluctant in accepting help, but the staff at Wheeler was very patient with me. As time went on I began to open up. I started realizing that they are here to help me and not make me do anything I didn't want to do.

As years passed I became a better person to people around me and most of all to my self . No more self harm or thoughts of worthlessness. Thanks to Wheeler clinic I am still here for my kids and family . Thanks to the Wheeler clinic staff. I would recommend Wheeler clinic to family and friends. THANK YOU "WHEELER CLINIC".

If you’re an African American, I’d suggest keeping your kids from the 3rd floor. They rather Spanish and white patients. Took my 3 year old for an emergency visit, got there and checked in 14 minutes before my appointment time, was passed over multiple times by Hispanics with later appointment times and then was told I was late when I asked why my child haven’t been seen as yet and it’s almost 1500. I showed them the text message with the link to check in that I received at 1406 and completed. That’s when they all turn stupid.

Doctor decided she won’t see my child that’s there for an emergency visit. Dr Barbara I am disgusted and ashamed of you and the 3rd floor staff at wheeler clinic. The fact that this happens almost every time I bring any of my kids there is ridiculous.
