I made my first trip to Dr. Weston's office this week. From the moment I entered the office until I left I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I first met Liz at the front desk to check in and she was also my hygienist. Liz was kind, informative and very professional but "easy mannered" during my cleaning. She did not appear rushed and took her time to make sure that "I" was doing "ok" as well. Afterward I met Dr. Weston, a very soft spoken and friendly person for my consultation. We discussed what needed to be done, my options, number of visits to complete and roughly costs for services.

Finally , we wrapped up the visit and I left thinking that I made a GREAT choice to come here. I can honestly say that "I, myself" appreciate a dentist and his staff that actually takes their time, works with you 1 on 1 and makes you feel important instead of just $$$$ . Well,, it turned south quickly. I need a tooth built up and a crown,, it took them 5 weks to get my crown in. Seems they order their dental pcs from a lab in California according to the hygenist. Next was a bridge to be made and ordered, waited 5 weeks again just to be told I needed to make another impression and have them send it off. . . WHAT, ANOTHER 5 week period ??? My wife had a crown made here in Memphis in 1 week, Westons office said ALL local labs were running weeks behind,, NOT true.

I call Westons office asked all work to be stopped, also filed a complaint with my insurance. I then find out that Dr. Weston had submitted ALL my charges in September and was paid in FULL by the insurance company BEFORE he completed the work on the crown OR bridge and also charged me a co-pay that I am waiting on for work NOT completed. I waited 4 moths to have this done fbefore the end of the year BUT he got paid immediately for work he didn't do. smh His dental skills are very good, his business sense and urgency towards a patients need are NOT at all. If you want to have work done as promised, completely and without waiting weeks on end then this is NOT the place for you.

Dr.Watson and his staff is very patient and great at making the patient feel comfortable.They explain everything in away that you understand what’s about to happen. This will be the only place I take my son. Thanks for Great Doctor and Staff
