Who raves about a root canal?!? Dr Ross and his staff showed so much care and compassion and made my 2 root canals completely painless. I was very anxious when I first sat in the chair, but Dr. Ross and his team immediately put my mind at ease. Dr. Ross continued to check in with me throughout the procedures to ensure I was okay and I was not feeling any pain.
The office is clean, bright, and all of the staff are caring and professional. No one wants a root canal. but if you have to have one, Westford Endodontic Care should be the first call.

5 stars isn't enough, Dr Ross did my root canal, from start to finish no pain whatsoever, I didnt even feel the prick of the needles to numb me, If my insurance wasnt out of network I would make him my go to from now on, best experience ive ever had, thank you!

I had a root canal done this morning and Alison and Dr. Ross could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and professional. They were constantly making sure I was comfortable while also explaining the procedure to me. I hope to not need any more root canals but if I were to need another procedure done I would trust these folks to do the job perfectly

I recently had a re-root canal done by Dr. Ross, and I can’t recommend him highly enough! I was extremely nervous, especially about the injection, but he made the entire process so smooth and painless. His skill and gentle approach were truly impressive—I didn’t even feel the injection! Dr.
Ross is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, making what I thought would be a scary experience completely stress-free. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients and delivers exceptional results, Dr. Ross is the one to go to!
