Great experience! I had Dr Brinster for my wisdom tooth extraction (2 pulls, 2 cut out). He was very outgoing and put me at ease all the times I saw him. They took me back for my surgery appointment and got started right away which helped because I didn’t have much time to get nervous waiting. I woke up from surgery and didn’t have any pain, and very little pain in the following days. The person who drove me said it was very fast- about 15 minutes! I went in for a concern a few weeks after surgery and Dr Brinster helped me out the same day.

I’m now 4 weeks post-op and I’m almost healed, though I still have to be extra diligent cleaning the extraction sites. I was able to eat mostly normal after a week or so. Great experience! I thought it would be so painful but they made it a good experience.

I am so thankful for this team. I called first thing in the morning and they got me in same day thanks to the reception team. They were kind and understanding in gathering all my info and forms. The Dr was able to extract during that appointment and I was done in less than 30 minutes.

The guidance from Dr Brinster for the procedure was spot on and he was very helpful and kept me at ease. Denise was amazing keeping me comfortable and very helpful with the details of my care and post care. THANK YOU

I had an awful experience here. As other reviews have mentioned, the staff operating the phones are extremely rude. They will also randomly call you at 8 in the morning to "confirm your appointment" for EVERY APPOINTMENT. I don't see why this is necessary when I already scheduled the appointment. 🤦🏼‍♀️ At my consultation appointment, I explained my worries and that I was afraid of needles and not interested in any strong pain medicine. My consultation went very well and the staff seemed understanding. However, at my Wisdom teeth removal appointment the staff were rude from the start. I was prescribed the strong pain medicine and I told them I was not interested in that. They said I did not have to pick it up from the pharmacy, but refused to inform the person staying with me (my boyfriend) of this, even after I asked multiple times.

They hooked me up to all the machines and we were nearly ready for the IV. This is the part I was nervous for, so I asked for a count down or a word to say when I was ready. I could feel they were about to put the needle in without any warning, so I asked them to stop and wait until I was ready. They then left the room and said they could not perform the procedure because I said "stop". I clarified that I meant to stop with the needle because I was not ready yet, but they did not care and absolutely refused to do the procedure under any circumstances. When I asked if I could have another surgeon perform the surgery they said they would "see what they can do" but just brought my boyfriend into the room. I was crying and disheveled at this point and certainly did not wish to see him unannounced. When the staff had went to get him, he asked for a moment alone with me because he knew I was likely nervous, but approximately 7 people walked into the room with him. We both explained the situation to the staff again, seperately, and they did not listen to either of us.

I feel that I was not taken seriously due to the fact that I was anxious and crying. They seemed to dismiss everything I told them. After all this, they still had the audacity to tell me to come back for the appointment another day! They said there were other options and that they could give me a pill to sedate me. I told them I was not interested in that and all I needed was a warning before they inserted the needle. They kept trying to get me to come back again even after I said multiple times I would NOT be returning. I would strongly advise against this place if you have any concerns or anxieties about your procedure.

I am so pleased with Stephen Shall, DDS at WLEOMS! I was super nervous about getting a tooth pulled but after meeting with Stephen Shall he put my mind at ease and I was no longer nervous or scared.

Stephen Shall, DDS is the absolute best! I didn’t feel a thing and the procedure was literally over in less than 20 seconds! I am beyond relieved and so thankful that I came to see Stephen Shall at WLEOMS! I will never go anywhere else! Definitely recommending WLEOMS to everyone I know! Beyond 5 star rating and a huge thank you to Stephen Shall!
