Just wanted to give some kudos to the front desk and my dental assistant I believe Kaylee or Kaylyn (can’t remember sorry). They got me in urgently after a phone call with me hearing how much pain I was in. My dental assistant was so kind and sweet to me and I really needed her gentleness today. The procedure was swift and easy, and I felt very minimal pain, thankfully.

I see comments about the doctor Hugart being cold , for me he felt direct and swift, but I wouldn’t say cold at all. He just got the job done fast and painless.

I had a Root Canal performed by Dr Hughart in December. I would grade my experience as follows: Execution: “A”. It was a successful root canal. Communications “D”. Communications with patient before, during, and after procedure were not good. On several occasions he acted irritated when I asked questions. Pain Management: “A”.

I felt no pain during the procedure. Chair-side manner: “D”. Cold and business like. No banter, or discussion on how your feeling or what he was doing. Office staff: “A”. Very friendly and helpful.

Pleasurable and Root Canal should never be in the same sentence but today they are! I needed a root canal on a back molar and Dr. Hughart was recommended. Whitney assisted Dr. Hughart and I would describe her as a great communicator. She explained what was going to be done, what items were going to be used and gave me instructions on how to communicate during the procedure. Dr.

Hughart was professional, clear, efficient and appropriately responsive to my reactions during the procedure. He periodically checked to make sure that I was ok during the procedure and then immediately went back to work. I appreciated his "all business" approach because all my other needs were taken care of by his great staff. I hope I never need these services again, but if I do, Dr. Hughart will be my first call.

Dr. Hughart lacks compassion and was very aggressive towards me when I asked clarifying questions. When he proceeded to numb the area to do Root Canal, I flinched and he totally flipped out on me. I was a bit taken a back because that would be a normal response to anyone having a needle stuck in their gum! He kicked me out the office basically telling me to go elsewhere, even though I expressed I was fine with doing the procedure.

I do not recommend, he is not understanding and although the procedure was not done they still charged me fees. do not go there. If i could give 0 stars I would.
