From their point of view, it’s just writing on a paper. For me, it is driving all over RI, and booking multiple appointments, when it could just be one. My dentist at Well One wrote down a specialist for a root canal as a recommended dr to see. Since my dentist assumed that I did not have insurance, she did not write a general recommendation, for any specialist, which was needed. I did have insurance that covered that root canal.
Since she thought this, she made the assumption that I would definitely see the person she recommended, thereby leading to the specialist that was recommended to reading the recommendation with the right info on a note to him. Because the recommendation was for a specific specialist, the specialist that I found that DID take my insurance didn’t read it, therefore he only did a root canal, when he was supposed to do a root canal and a POST. Then We’ll one made it really hard for me to keep the appointment(the appointment where I found they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t get a post). They said that they needed an X-ray for me to keep the appointment after it was already made, with only 2 days for me to get the X-ray. If not, they where going to cancel my appointment.
So I got the X-ray to them but they didn’t use it. You know why?. . They HAVE X-ray machines, so all of the trouble was unnecessary.

Love Life
I giving 3 stars because I went there for four years. Missy B . Is the only decent provider out of the three ..period ! She's compassionate and listens to the patients concerns . If it wasn't for her all those years I would have stopped using them. I'm giving a three and all that goes for the efforts of Missy B ! The other TWO .. ONE BIG ZERO

I love the staff and I love Mrs Jessica she sees both myself and my daughter. They’re always friendly accommodating and helpful. The young lady who works in the lab is amazing as well, friendly and painless lab work Every time I go ! I would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience at this office. I wouldn't recommend for medical (cant speak for the dental side of things). I was denied lab work for an issue that was mentioned in my first appt with my doctor with no explanation as to why she wouldn't write me a lab slip for lab work to be done to fix an issue. .
Receptionist is SO rude and unprofessional - she hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Coming here has not been a pleasant experience at all. There are some nice nurses that work here and seem like they care about their patients but to others it's just a pay check and boy does that reflect in how they speak to you and treat you.
