Hello I used to go to a Dr. Zamani in Brookline who was a great guy. I called him "The Great Zamani," and he loved it. I sent my sons to him as well. I called this Dr. Zaman's office who I suspect is his daughter or grandaughter, to have a tiny crack in a crown filled, and was treated with abject coldness and rudeness First the secretary rudely put on hold without talkng to me "Hold Please" for 5 minutes.
Then I was told "We dont take emergencies from people who are not yet our patients. " I said, "I want to become a patient and am looking for a dentist. " She said, angrily "it doesnt matter your not a patient yet! ". I noticed Dr. Zamani had alot of advanced educaitonal degrees and probably alot of loans to pay back. I would rather be treated by someone with a warm heart and less degrees.
You can blame the rudeness on the secretary, or poor training she recieved. The culture of the office that allos this and policy of not treating suffering patients is a reflection of Dr Zamanis leadership and values I called Waltham Dental on River Street after this terrible experience, and had the whole problem fixed within an hour at a nominal chage. I a sure that if I went see Dr. Zamani the bill would have been at least $290 ps. I will retract this review if Dr. Z calls me, and apologizes

Dr. Zamani and her welcoming staff are truly amazing. They care for their patients, treat you like family, and of course are highly skilled at their work. 6/5

Dr. Zamani is the most thorough and compassionate dentist that I've ever had. She prioritizes her patients over all else. You are in the best of hands at Waverly Oaks Dental!

Such an incredible experience. I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while now and the receptionist was so patient and very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I had my appointment at the first opening and have recommended Dr. Zamani to all of my friends ever since! Great spot
