Your office is very unprofessional makes a lot of mistakes. Too many appointments I wasted gas and time and the dentist was a no show both times. Latest visit was complete disaster. New dentist was defensive when I explained that I just needed a filling in my crown…she lectured me rudely. The hygienist was acting stupid and told me my crown needed to be removed.
It doesn’t. I didn’t know legally that a hygienist can give dental advice since she didn’t go to dental school. I am not returning and my husband has cancelled his next appointment.

Great experience at Waterford Dentistry. First time appt and staff was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Dentist had a happy and joyful personality. Definitely going back for continued cleaning of teeth.

I called on a Saturday as they were listed as Emergency care dentistry. I could not be seen until Monday. The pain was beyond words by then. They offered no solution for that at all. Instead they discussed my plans for future dental care.
They said I needed a root canal or an extraction. They could do the crown but would need to send me elsewhere for the root canal or the extraction. I was in too much pain to make any decision and they did nothing to help me. I left there having received no help, got into my regular dentist where he packed the tooth with medication and I was able to function.

I had a dental emergency and searched on line which immediately directed me to Waterford Family dentistry. They got me in less than 2 hours of calling them. I was a ball of nerves but the staff was patient and friendly. Julia explained everything thoroughly.
Dr Holbert was very empathetic and professional. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in search of a good Dentist in the area.
