I had to come on here and say I'm so disappointed to see all of the negative things about this dental practice. The only negative thing I have to say is that you will need to be prepared to wait to be seen even if you're there on time for your appointment. But the time he gives you once he's with you is DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! I've been going to see Dentist Greaves now for over 20 years! He's never done me wrong, let me down and most importantly, he's NEVER GIVEN ME ANY PAIN while I'm in his care! Both my children have gone to him, and my son is now a grown man and my daughter is a teenager.

They look forward to going to the dentist, always have. Never a sad face or complaint when it's time for the dentist. We Love You Dentist Greaves ♥️! PLEASE DON'T EVER STOP!

I would leave zero stars if that were possible. The dental staff are OK, but the practice is extremely poorly managed. I went twice and completely regret it. I've been billed for un-asked services, I've waited for over an hour to be seen, and the receptionists don't seem to know what they are doing.

Most recently my dentist decided to no longer accept my insurance plan and failed to inform me of the change before their service. I am incredibly upset and would not advise anyone to come here.

Been going here for 9 years! Never had a problem! Since Ive moved to Baltimore from DC, I still travel a great way to get my teeth cleaned here. It's hard to find a reliable and honest dentist. Just make sure you plan ahead that's all I would say.

Dr Greaves is honestly the best, most considerate, skilled at his craft dentist in the DMV area that I truly ever experienced. Your satisfaction is his satisfaction. He's a gentleman that goes above and beyond what's required. Not in it just to make a buck. He genuinely cares about you & not just the dollar. I have grown old in his care happily ready to give you my biggest smile. . . The smile that he has personally kept me proud to give.

No pain no gain is bs. With him there's no pain yet tremendous gain. I'm 62 now. He's been my dentist for over ten years easy. Best I've had. And I'm not going anywhere. Thanks you Dr. Greaves .
