I would NOT recommended this dentist to anyone EXSPECIALLY people with anxiety. The older man who is the dentist (don't remember his name) is ignorant and very unprofessional. I had a panic attack and asked him to please give me a moment and got very rude and then refused to do my filling after it had already been drilled out.
The dental assistant had to come in and finish it and she was very kind and apologetic. However the filling did not last it fell out 2 months later and I still owe them $200 for that bad filling and horrifying experience.

Fraudulent or incompetent behavior causing dozens of thousands of dollars of repair work, all other reviews are accurate steer clear unless you want your teeth issues incompetently and ruthlessly addressed. Only a lawsuit will save you from the damage this business produces. Research your rights if affected and impacted by this business. You deserve money back if you were mistreated. This business Needs a federal level investigation. The people directing the flow of business here are the source of the issues.
While other workers remain oblivious. Good luck if you go here. Edit: also apparently doesn't have hot water for the past two months from writing according to owner comment replied below. Edit: owner changed their comment to assuming my identity. Shows the level of professionalism this business procures.

First, let me say that Tracey the hygenist is awesome. I am very nervous about my trips to the dentist and she was very kind and did a great job. I had 2 small cavities that needed filled and that was the worst experience of my life. He did inject me with novocaine for the 1st cavity on the bottom. Although I still had some pain, but the cavity was filled. When I questioned novicane for the upper tooth, i was told I didnt need it.
WTH!! He did end up injecting pain meds after I couldnt tolerate the pain but there wasnt enough time to allow it to take effect. He kept trying to talk me out of it. Ive never experienced a trip to the dentist like this. NEVER. Its almost like the doctor enjoyed the pain I felt. He kept asking me to tolerate it for 1 more minute.
Well today the bottom filling fell out. Not 1 week after I got it filled. Im scheduling a revisit and contacting the insurance company so they will pay another dentist to do the filling. Dont have this place do ur dental work unless u want to do it without pain meds.

Stay away from this dental practice. I spoke with the office staff today. They are all completely inept. They all need to give up their careers and get a job at McDonalds. I honestly feel like they wouldn't be able to handle a job at McDonalds. The whole lot of the employees at Warren dental should be ashamed and embarrassed of their conduct.
